HOW IT WORKS

After purchase, you’ll receive an email requesting information about your space. This includes photos, measurements, and an existing floor plan or hand-sketched layout with dimensions. We’ll also ask a short series of questions to understand how the space is used and what challenges you’re experiencing.

Your designer will review your materials, assess spatial constraints, and identify functional opportunities related to flow, furniture fit, and zoning.

Two layout options are developed, exploring different approaches to circulation, furniture placement, and spatial organization. These are refined into a clear space plan that balances function, comfort, and real-world usability.

You’ll receive a PDF plan set with key dimensions, furniture sizing guidance, and a written explanation of design decisions. This document can be used for planning, quoting, or coordination with builders or trades.
DESIGN
Service
This service expands on DRAFT by adding three-dimensional visualization. It allows you to see your space in volume — clarifying proportion, flow, and furniture relationships.
This service is ideal for clients who want confidence in their layout and visual understanding before investing in full design or construction.
HOW IT WORKS

A professional layout is developed, addressing circulation, zoning, and furniture planning. Kitchen, bath, and built-in areas include elevations where needed.

Your approved layout is translated into a neutral 3D model. This model focuses on spatial clarity, scale, and flow — not finishes or décor.
